I have no words for these images. These images that I cried tears when I edited, enough tears to blur my vision. Why did I cry?? I don’t know, but I have felt a strong connection to these images from the very start. I knew I wanted to do a black and white series. I knew I wanted to use a soft light, and play with shadows. We set up in the garage, with a simple background of  black velvet. I left them on the SD card for the longest time. I looked at the them on the back of the camera but I didn’t upload them. Finally, I took the plunge and uploaded these images but then they sat on my computer…just waiting for me. I know this sounds silly because when you love an image you want to share it straight away. With these images, I wanted to enjoy the moment.

I am blessed with three beautiful girls. Three individuals who love and respect each other. They fight, they love. They share secrets, they tell me stories. They are creative, they are intelligent. They are three sisters.
