Something Personal: A letter that made me cry

My dear friend, Rachel, tried to  reply to this blog post http://www.image-421.com/2012/01/telling-story-alexander-family.html but for some reason it didn’t work. So after trying 3 times, she sent it via email and asked me to post it to my blog.

You not only captured the beautiful images of all my beautiful  children but your entire family have captured our hearts! You are an  inspiration to all stay at home mums that anything is possible. Cindy  you never cease to amaze me with your kind, caring and positive  outlook on all things you set out to accomplish. You found time in  your crazy schedule and visit to Australia to fit us in. You seem to  have found your true passion in life. We always enjoy any time we are  able to spend with you guys and the images of the children are so  natural its breath taking! When you moved to Brazil you took a piece  of us with you and we are always so excited to see you when you come  back and visit us. 

 Your patience amongst the chaos of horses and goats eating props and 
jumping on lounges is inspiring and your easy going attitude made all 
the children feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I could not 
of hoped for a better outcome than our vintage glamour shoot. I will 
think up something bigger and better for the next shoot (hee hee). 
Just to be in your presence makes us smile so when we had you behind 
the camera all we could do was smile and laugh like we always have. 

 Anyone who looks through your photos knows you are the photographer 
they want. The natural images of all you have photographed are amazing 
and we are blessed everyday to have you for a friend. They say you are 
only as wonderful as the people you have behind you and sweetie you 
are as precious as they come :0)

Thank you for taking the time to write these kind words. It was not necessary, but they are most appreciated. They will inspire me to keep pursuing my passion,  and capturing our world as I see it.
